Prayer Walk -
Friday 27th February 2026 at 10.30 a.m.
Please gather at the junction of Bentham Road and Bradley Lane. We will be walking along streets to be prayed for this week: Bentham Road, Bentham Place, Broomfield Close, Broomfield Place, Broomfield Road, Mellor Road and Ormesby Close.
Celebration of Life Service.
As many of you will know, we have recently lost Norman Connah who has been promoted to glory. He was a faithful member of Wigan Circuit and will be sorely missed by many. In order to pay tribute and celebrate Norman's life, a celebration is planned at Aspull Methodist Church on Sunday 22nd February at 7.00pm. All are welcome.
There are a number of places remaining on the Wigan circuit weekend at Beechwood Court, Conwy, 13 - 15 March 2026
The weekend is a relaxing time of fellowship and fun, building and strengthening bonds between circuit members. It's full board, starting with the evening meal on Friday, up to and including Sunday lunch. Also included are refreshments between meals. Costs are £224 per person with en-suite. Non en-ensuite is available at £192 for the weekend. The weekend's theme is to be 'Family and Community' and the Saturday morning session, and Sunday morning worship, will be lead by Rev Shaun. There'll be social activities on both evenings and Saturday afternoon will be free to relax or explore the local area. Luncheon Club

WEDNESDAY
Share and Grow
Share and Grow Meetings take place on alternate Wednesdays at 11.30 a.m. in the Church. The next meeting will be on Wednesday 25th February 2026.
Ladies Group - Wednesday Group Meetings
The next Wednesday Group meeting is on Wednesday 4th March 2026 at 2 pm, when Louise Wade will be giving a talk “ That’s Life.” Wednesday Group Meetings are held monthly on the First Wednesday in the month. Cost £3.
Men's Fellowship Group
Meetings are held in the upper room of the Globe Inn. 7 pm for 7-30 pm. The Cost is £10.00 and includes a buffet supper. There is a £3 raffle draw and all proceeds go to local charities. The next meeting will be on Wednesday 11th March 2026. The speaker is Mervyn Saunders who will be giving a talk about “A brief history of entertainment”.

Coffee Morning
Our popular coffee morning and warm hub takes place every Thursday from 10-30 am until noon. Hot drinks, tea cakes and crumpets are available alongside the chat and laughter.
