Luncheon Club

The next luncheon club will take place on Monday 7th October 2024. The cost will be £8 and the meal will include a 2-course meal followed by tea or coffee. Chat and laughter are free. Meetings take place on alternate Wednesdays at 10 a.m. in the Church.. The next meeting will be on on Wednesday 16th October.

 

 

Ladies Group - Wednesday Group Meetings

We are going to trial holding the Wednesday Group Meetings monthly on the First Wednesday in the month. The next meeting is on 2nd October with speaker Kim Beardsmore from Age UK.

Men's Fellowship Group

Meetings are held in the upper room of the Globe Inn. 7 pm for 7-30 pm. The Cost is £10.00 and includes a buffet supper. There is a £3 raffle draw and all proceeds go to local charities. The next meeting will be on October 9th when Yvonne Pinder will talk on “Banjos and Beyond.”

Coffee Morning

Our popular coffee morning and warm hub takes place every Thursday from 10-30 am until noon. Hot drinks, tea cakes and crumpets are available alongside the chat and laughter. Thursday October 10th is World Mental Health Day. We will be including a short, calming meditation session, at 11.15 a.m. which will last for 8 to 10 minutes should you wish to join in.
